Shipping & Returns

Ordering and shipping confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an email receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order.  If there are any questions about your order or the delivery of your order, one of Hoober's Part Specialists will contact you for further clarification.  If you are picking your order up at a Hoober store, a Part Specialist will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.  If your order is being shipped or delivered, you will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock Orders are processed and shipped no later than the next business day.  Orders for parts that need to be transferred from another Hoober location or received from one of Hoober's suppliers are usually processed within 2-5 business days, but may occasionally take longer if the parts need to be back-ordered.  If the parts for your order are not in-stock at a Hoober location, one of Hoober's Part Specialists will contact you with expected processing time. 

Once an order is shipped, it usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive (depending on your location and the shipping option selected).

At this time, hoober.com does not ship internationally.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are estimated based on the shipping address and shipping method selected.  Because shipping costs are only estimated during checkout, they are not guaranteed until actually shipped.  If actual shipping costs are greater than estimated, a Hoober Parts Specialist will contact you to discuss the actual shipping charges and options; if actual shipping costs are less than estimated, your order may be completed with the lower shipping cost. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Hoober offers several shipping options, and we will do our best to meet your needs.  If expedited shipping is requested, a Hoober Parts Specialist will contact you to discuss shipping and delivery options, and we can also arrange for flexible pickup options at any of our store locations.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in-stock, non-electrical items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days.  A 20% restock fee applies for parts returned after 30 days, or on any special-order parts if the manufacture will accept the return.  All returns must be pre-authorized by calling the Hoober store responsible for the order.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.  If the purchase was part of a special offer and the return would disqualify the terms of the special, the total order may be recalculated at normal pricing, and the refund amount will be the difference between the total of the two orders, less all applicable shipping fees.
